Statement of Faith

We believe …

 

• In the Bible as originally given by God, divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy and supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

 

• In the Triune God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

 

• In the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His substitutionary atonement for sin, His bodily resurrection and personal, visible return to earth to reign in righteousness and glory;

 

• In the Person of the Holy Spirit and His work of conviction, regeneration, and sanctification, who indwells every believer equipping them with gifts for service and witness;

 

• In the necessity of new birth, in salvation by faith in Jesus Christ alone and the importance of a life fully committed to the will of God in Christ; and

 

• In the church as one body composed of God’s redeemed people, with Christ as the Head. 

 

• That marriage is a biblical institution established by God as described by the Bible.  Marriage can only occur between one man and one woman.

 

• That God fearfully and wonderfully made each person as man or woman.  A man is defined by biologically born and presenting male and a woman is defined by biologically born and presenting female.
